Ordering

Please place orders via telephone, mail, fax, e-mail or our web site. Please do not send credit card details via our web site or via e-mails. This information should be faxed or phoned through separately. Sapphire's Customer Service Team will confirm all orders placed via our web site (including credit card details).

Prices and availability

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are Goods and Services Tax (GST) exclusive. GST does not apply to shipments out of Australia.

Occasionally prices may change for reasons beyond our control and in this case we reserve the right to vary advertised or quoted prices. However, we will contact you to confirm delivery and pricing details before processing your order.

Sapphire endeavours to give realistic estimates of delivery delays. On rare occasions products fail QC and have to be resynthesised. In these cases, we aim to promptly inform customers of the likely delay.

Shipping

Partial Shipments: If your order contains some items which are not in stock, please indicate (when placing your order) whether you would like partial shipments to be made to you. Freight charges are applied to each shipment dispatched by Sapphire.

Terms

1. Australian Dollars only, drawn on an Australian bank account, VISA or Mastercard.

2. Net 30 days.

3. F.O.B. Waterloo, NSW, Australia.

4. Bank fees and wire transfer fees are not to be deducted from the invoice amount.

Problems with the Product Received

Please report all problems to Sapphire Bioscience immediately as some suppliers require advice of problems within one week. A favourable outcome is more likely if the problem is reported promptly.

Returns

Products cannot be returned without prior authorisation from Sapphire Bioscience.

Warranty and Limitation of Remedy

Sapphire Bioscience Pty Ltd ("Sapphire") makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, which extends beyond the description of the product on the Tax Invoice, except that the material will meet Sapphire's specifications at the time of delivery. Sapphire's sole liability hereunder shall be limited to refund of the purchase price of, or at Sapphire's option the replacement of, all material that does not meet Sapphire's specifications. Sapphire shall not be liable otherwise or for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, the costs of handling. The said refund or replacement is conditional on the Buyer giving written notice to Sapphire within thirty (30) days after arrival of the material at its destination. Failure of the buyer to give the said notice within the said thirty (30) days shall constitute a waiver by the Buyer of all claims hereunder with respect to the said material.

Indemnification

Sapphire Bioscience, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, any website site linked to/from this site or any information contained herein, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
